Incurable diseases like eye disorders, less concentration, insomnia and epilepsy are successfully treated by this activity of Shat-karma. Gaze/concentration is advised on a diya of desi ghee or a candle fitted on a stand, which is in turn, helpful in eradicating concerned diseases from our body.
